By default, all data is hosted in Supabase's EU region (Frankfurt), fully GDPR-compliant. Only your firm's authenticated users can access your data — tenants are structurally isolated at the database level, not just filtered. Navium staff have no access to your contact data. For Private Cloud clients, data never leaves your own infrastructure.
Most firms are fully operational within 20 minutes. Navium accepts CSV imports from any spreadsheet, LinkedIn exports, and direct phone contact sync. There is no implementation consultant, no data mapping workshop, and no waiting period. You import, you categorise, you go.
Salesforce is built around a sales pipeline — leads, opportunities, accounts. None of that maps to how an investment firm operates. Navium's data model is built from scratch for finance: LPs, GPs, deal flow, mandates, introductions. You don't adapt your workflow to fit the software. The software fits you.
AI features process your data within a secure, isolated context — no data is used to train external models or shared with third parties. For Private Cloud clients, AI processing can be configured to run entirely within your own environment using your own API credentials.
