Navium ("Navium," "we," "us") provides a customer-relationship platform for investment fund managers. This policy applies to our website and application. You can reach us at hello@naviumcapital.com.
2. Information we collect
- Account information — name, work email, and organization, provided when you request access or create an account.
- Customer data — the contacts, companies, deals, LP records, notes, and documents you add to your workspace. This is your data; we act as a processor of it on your behalf.
- Usage data — basic, aggregated analytics about how the product and website are used (pages visited, features used), to improve the service.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, and similar information collected automatically for security and reliability.
3. How we use information
- To provide, secure, and improve the product.
- To communicate with you about your account, support requests, and material changes.
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your workspace's customer data to train machine-learning models or for advertising.
4. How we share information
We share information only with service providers who help us operate Navium (e.g. cloud hosting, database, authentication, and analytics providers), under contracts that require them to protect it. We may also disclose information if required by law. We do not share your customer data with third parties for their own purposes.
5. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. After cancellation, we retain data only as needed to wind down the account and meet legal obligations, then delete it. You may request export or deletion at any time.
6. Security
We protect your data with tenant isolation, encryption in transit and at rest, scoped file storage, and access controls. See our Security & Trust page for detail.
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact hello@naviumcapital.com.
8. International users
Navium is operated from, and stores data in, the United States. If you access the service from outside the US, you consent to processing your information in the US.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the new version here and update the "last updated" date; material changes will be communicated to account holders.
